Senior Manager, Strategy & Customer Success
TWI Institute April Schmidt is zealous about helping organizations create a workplace that enables people to perform at their highest potential. She is strategic, insightful and futuristic in her thinking with the ability to transform a big picture vision into detailed action plans that guide strategy and organizational performance. April has the experience and skills to help with strategic planning, initiative implementation and evaluation, organizational assessments and actions plans, with the ability to support leadership development across all levels of the organization.
April holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work, Masters Social Work and Masters in Management & Organizational Behavior. She is anticipated to graduate in May 2022 with a Masters degree in Strategic Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. She holds a number of quality certifications including ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and NAHQ Certified Professional Healthcare Quality. She is a Board member and Vice Chair of Strategy for SPQA Virginia and DC, Board member for AME-Southeast Region, Board member and Co-Chair for Professional Development for ASQ Lean Enterprise Division. |
