Jessica Weeman is Director of Executive Operations & Engagement, in the Office of the CEO at The Nature Conservancy, the world's largest environmental organization. She curates high level engagements for the CEO and Global Board of Directors, and manages the advancement of the CEO and Executive Leadership Team’s strategic plan.
Previously, at The Conservancy, as Director of Donor Engagement, she accelerated the organization’s development work in building an impactful and measurable engagement program to cultivate and steward the organization's top supporters through experiences and a customer centric approach to management. Previously, she served as Strategic Alliance Manager for a luxury travel company based in New York City, and as Development Director for the Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival, an annual industry conference for 700 nature and wildlife filmmakers. She has had a 10+ year, mission driven, career in business development, program design, conference/event planning, sales/marketing, and travel & hospitality. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2009 with a B.A. in History and Anthropology, has a certificate in Digital Media Marketing from NYU, and is currently pursuing a Hospitality Management certificate through Cornell University. |
