Natasha is the chief operating officer at the American Counseling Association, where she works in conjunction with the CEO to drive strategy and implementation for ACA to ensure a high level of collaboration between staff and volunteer leaders of the organization, ensuring that ACA continually exceeds the expectations of its members. An expert in change management and organizational development, she is committed to developing environments that cultivate excellence in people and organizations to achieve value, sustainability, and growth.
Prior to joining ACA, Natasha served as executive director to two trade associations: the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation and the Greeting Card Association. In addition, she previously served as the executive director of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs. Natasha is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), where she has served on the CEO Advisory Board and ASAE Foundation Research and Development committees. Natasha is currently a candidate for her Master in Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business (Dec. 2019) and received her bachelor’s degree from American University (D.C.). She is holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential. Natasha resides in Washington, D.C., with her partner Alex and daughter Katerina. |
