Honesty
We feel that the classroom should be a safe haven for both faculty and participants to open up and be honest with each other. We don’t teach theory - we impart practical advice and authentic learnings. Instructors provide the “real-scoop” on the interworking of organizations, delivering both their successes and failures, supplying deep insights from real experiences. Imparting this type of information allows participants to understand roadblocks they themselves may encounter, along with authentic strategies to overcome and succeed.
