We look forward to meeting you at the Advisory Board meeting for the University of Richmond - Customer Experience Certificate Program. Please review the details of our meeting below. Make sure to arrive early, get settled, and promptly kick off the meeting.

Board Meeting Agenda

As many of you will be attending for the first time, we plan to maximize our meeting and get to know one another while planning for the upcoming year. Here is our tentative agenda:
  • Board Member Introductions (25 min)
  • Discuss key trends and areas of focus for current curriculum (35 min)
  • Explore new topics to expand Customer Experience offerings (10 min)
  • Discuss ways to promote the program to a broader audience (10 min)
  • Future Logistics & Committee Sign Ups (10 min)
