Heather started her career in Silicon Valley, designing consumer and business products at Netscape, Intuit, Yahoo, eBay, Adobe, and Apple. She helped establish design strategy, user research, and interaction design as critical roles in digital product innovation and delivery.
With 25 years and some of the world’s most ubiquitous digital experiences to her name, Heather now leads Capital One’s industry-leading experience design team. This diverse and growing organization of Designers, Strategists, Researchers, Writers, and Developers are transforming traditional banking with human-centricity, cross-functional collaboration, and craft.
