Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana Mike moved to Florida as a teen and graduated from Florida State University in 1996.  Shortly thereafter he joined Enterprise's Management Trainee program and worked his way up to Area Manager in the South Florida Market. After wedding his wife Wendi they moved to Cleveland, Ohio in 2006 to take on a larger role within the company.  It was there the Bruces were blessed with healthy twin babies (Connor and Madeline) before being asked to relocate to Houston, Texas in 2011 for a Regional Vice President position. 

After five successful years in the Houston market the Bruces spent two years in Nova Scotia, Canada where Mike held the position of Vice President/General Manager.  Living abroad brought many highlights they will never forget and in 2018 Mike was relocated again, this time to Richmond, Virginia to assume the role of General Manager over the Commonwealth of Virginia operations for Enterprise Holdings.

Mike enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events, golf, hunting and fishing among other things.
