I thoroughly enjoyed my time as a participant in the UR CX Certification program. The class gave me an opportunity to learn from real world CX practitioners who brought practical insights to a well structured curriculum. The cohort was also very diverse and highly experienced thus making the conversations very lively and useful. Furthermore, the in class workshops and group assignments made the learning enjoyable and long lasting. This is a great program for anyone looking to get a head start on the highly important area of CX.

I have really enjoyed my experience as a student going through the CX program. CX hasn’t been a priority for our organization until recently. The CX program has empowered me (as well as two of my colleagues that are also enrolled in the program) with the info and insights needed to demonstrate the value behind a customer-centered approach. I’m happy to share that since our CX journey began, we now have a CX Steering Committee who is charged with mapping journeys, building coalitions, and implementing the changes necessary to delight our internal and external customers. The CX program has a great balance of easy-to-digest lessons and opportunities for deep-thinking. It can be difficult to convey care and expertise in recorded lessons, but the instructors have done a great job making the experience personal – at scale. I look forward to learning more and helping our port create more job growth across the commonwealth by focusing on our customers and the experiences we provide them.
