He has a Bachelor’s in Health Care Management, and further received his designation as a Master Environmental Registered Services Executive (MERSE) through the International Executive Housekeepers Association (IEHA).
Throughout his career, Steve has provided oversight of facilities and housekeeping contract services for hospitals such as Naval Regional Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Bethesda, MD and Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Fort Sam Houston, TX. Since everyone in Steve’s circle are customers, he looks forward to his new adventure in joining the University of Richmond’s Customer Experience Service Advisory Board. |
