Ada Murray is a leading Subject Matter Expert championing the Customer Experience through B2B engagements at the B and C level providing professional and service excellence.  Pulling from over 30 years of Sales, Strategic and Executive Management experience in the Metrology and Software Technology Industries supporting key Industry clients such as NASA, Jacobs, Northrop Grumman in the Aerospace Industry, as well as, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Commercial Manufacturing and DOD market segments.  Building long-term client relationships, promoting the value proposition and an unwavering commitment to continual process improvements are credited for the corner stones of her career success.  

Ada has recently taken on a new task of designing the Customer Portal Features working hand-in-hand with the Head of Ecommerce to launch the new Ecommerce Website and Customer Asset Database Tracking System to improve customer retention, revenue/lead generation, operational efficiency and profitability.
