Mr. Benario  started working with customers directly in some of the world's biggest staffing agencies before moving to the Corporate and eventually Non-Profit sector. Bringing his change management, forecasting , and leadership experience to Easterseals UCP he has been able to centralize Talent Acquisition  functions and increase growth exponentially.

Mr.Benario brings a unique customer perspective dealing with internal and external customers simultaneously while continuing to improve their unique experiences.
