Alison McMahon

Capital One
Senior Director, Card Platforms, Data, and Machine Learning

Areas of Expertise
Alison is a Senior Director with Capital One’s Platforms, Data, and Machine Learning organization. She has over 20 years of experience creating and implementing customer strategies in financial services and management consulting. Alison joined Capital One in 2012, and has maintained a consistent focus on executing customer-centric solutions through leveraging data and analytics to generate insights and drive action. In her current role, she leads the well managed delivery of all customer marketing and communications. In previous customer experience roles, she has led organizations which have actively advanced Capital One’s customer experience agenda including customer complaints, voice of the customer, customer servicing strategy and analytics, and customer risk management. 

Prior to Capital One, Alison spent 15 years with Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy and Operations practice solving client issues across a variety of industries. She holds a BS from Cornell University and an MPA from the University of Pennsylvania.
