​Barbara is General Manager & Deputy Chief of Retail at the National Gallery of Art. Drawing from her experiences at VMFA and at the Kennedy Center where she initiated development of the 1st Guest Experience program rolled out to 1500 staff, Barbara co-developed a retail vision and core behavioral values at the Gallery to deliver excellent customer and guest experience.
