A 29-year veteran of the construction industry, Bill Madison is a licensed professional engineer with a wealth of experience in all aspects of construction management.  As a previous business owner, Bill is driven towards repeat business through quality performance.  Bill’s success has primarily been based on a team leadership style that develops team members and builds trusting relationships. 

Bill has long-standing relationships with many of Virginia’s premier universities and colleges and offers specialized knowledge in construction and renovations with a collaborative approach.
