Brent Kurz
Brent is a passionate customer service leader for a large regional home services company. He has served as a people manager, risk manager, and process manager. He is known for building winning face-to-face and virtual call center and retail teams. Brent has experience in diverse areas such as training, team building, continuous improvement, escalation resolution, loss mitigation, and process management. Early in his career, he was the general manager of a full-line music store and a prominent music lesson studio director. Brent holds a degree in Music Management and Business Process Management certification from a Fortune 100 financial services company. Brent proudly served as a Public Affairs officer at the flotilla and division level for the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.
