Candace is a Senior Vice President, Preferred Consumer Banking Market Executive with Bank of America in the Greater North Carolina-Southern Virginia Region leading the Richmond Market. Candace is responsible for 16 Financial Centers and 90 associates in the surrounding Richmond Area.
Candace joined Bank of America in October 2002, as a Financial Center Manager in Jacksonville, NC. During her 19 years with the Bank she has participated in the Market Leadership Program (MLP), Management Associate Program (MAPS) and has served as Co-Chair for Team Bank of America. In 2020 Candace received the Global Volunteer Award with Bank of America for her outreach and volunteerism in the Richmond and surrounding communities. Candace is actively involved in several of the employee networks with Bank of America, LEAD for Women, LGBTQ+ and the Military Assistance Group. Candace has served on the Communities in Schools of Chesterfield County Executive Board, as well as chairing the Volunteer Programs for Communities in Schools. Candace is an advocate for under privileged children and has previously served as board member for the Boys and Girls Club of Eastern North Carolina. She has also served on the Onslow County Partnership for Children Board, which develops and advocates programs that optimize children’s emotional, intellectual and physical readiness for school. Candace earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from University of North Carolina Wilmington, Wilmington NC. |
