​Chad Smith is a User Experience Researcher focused on improving both website experiences and underlying organizational processes to increase customer satisfaction scores. His career spans across Retail, Financial Services, Telecommunication, Government and Healthcare.

Chad Smith is currently the Global Senior Manager of User Experience Research at Kimberly-Clark Professional. Prior to joining the company, he was a resident fellow at Georgetown University's Beeck Center, Public Interest Technology (PIT) founder and founding team member at Accenture Digital. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Hampton University.
