My leadership philosophy for the past 20 years has been to take pride in developing a solid team and coaching employees to reach their full potential. Their success is my success!

As a project officer, I manage a budget of 3.1 million dollars and 10 personnel in the management of three leading edge development networks at varying classification levels.

The major part of my daily role is to execute a comprehensive business plan, draft policy, and lead change management enabling the timely delivery of cyber capabilities to meet fleet and national priorities.
