Christine A. Cataldo is the SVP, Retail Operations  and a member of the Operating Committee for Edelman Financial Engines, one of the nation’s largest, top-ranked independent financial planning firms.

Ms. Cataldo is responsible for planning and executing the firms’ client experience strategy, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to Edelman Financial Engines’s 85,000+ clients.  Under her charge, more than 350 employees in the Client Services and Operations teams work together with the firm’s Planners, Marketing and IT teams to create an exceptional experience.

Ms. Cataldo is a veteran executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, 16 of which she has spent at Edelman Financial Engines.  During her tenure, she has held many senior leadership positions, including Chief Operations Officer, Chief Operations & Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining EFS, she worked as a Financial Advisor at UBS PaineWebber and an Economic and Financial Analyst at Arthur Andersen.

Ms. Cataldo is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™; a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist SM; a registered representative with EF Legacy Securities, LLC; and is licensed to sell securities, life and health insurance, and variable annuities. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from The College of William & Mary with a concentration in Finance and Computer Science.
