Chris Duffley is the Regional Director, Service to the Armed Forces and International Services, American Red Cross of the National Capital Region and Greater Chesapeake Region. In his current role, Mr Duffley leads a team of 8 staff and over 1,200 volunteers providing support to military members, their families, and veterans at 26 military installations and 5 VA Medical Centers throughout the region.
Prior to joining the American Red Cross, Mr Duffley served on Active Duty as a US Air Force Intelligence Officer in a variety of roles at the Detachment, Squadron, Group, Wing, Center, and Joint levels. He deployed in support of Operations Joint Forge, Allied Force, Southern Watch, Enduring and Iraqi Freedom. Mr Duffley also served as a Department of the Air Force civilian employee responsible for conducting Joint Operations and Exercise planning in support of military Combatant Commanders and Joint Air Operations at Hurlburt Field, FL. Mr Duffley has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Science from Miami University, Oxford, OH, a Master of Science Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, MI, and is a graduate of the Non Profit Executive Leadership Program at Georgetown University, District of Columbia. Mr Duffley is a graduate of the Leadership Fairfax class of 2017. Additionally, Mr Duffley is a graduate of the US Air Force Squadron Officer School and Air Command and Staff College. |
