Chris Little brings 25 years of Customer Experience moxie to the University of Richmond's Advisory Board. Chris has cultivated his Curriculum Vitae through diverse immersion in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, contributing to a unique and comprehensive understanding of the CX ecosystem.
From his early days as a web design entrepreneur to later spearheading consulting teams supporting complex public-facing government programs or when developing customer success strategies for multi-million dollar organizations, Chris has approached business opportunities with a CX mindset since well before the field formally existed. Chris currently serves as Director of Client Service and Operations at the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) in Washington DC, which manages America's $8B/year Universal Service Fund. The fund aims to eliminate the vast data access gaps faced by millions of Americans. Driven by empathy, Chris works tirelessly as a customer advocate in pursuit of every stakeholder's success. |
