Craig has more than 20 years of executive leadership and technology experience. He currently serves at the Chief Customer Officer at EVERFI, a technology company driving social change through education to address the most challenging issues affecting society. Previously, Craig was an Executive at Blackboard where he oversaw the Student Lifecylcle Services business.
Craig regularly guest lectures at universities on creating exceptional customer service practices within a company. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Tech Impact, a technology service provider for non-profit organizations that also oversees career training for economically disadvantaged adults. Craig also advises undergraduate students at the University of Maryland.
