Cindy is a Senior Vice President and Market Director with PNC  Institutional Asset Management where she leads a team of experienced client service and sales professionals in the Mid Atlantic-Southeast market. Her team members are responsible for providing innovative and effective asset management solutions to both prospects and clients, including sales, implementation, and ongoing client service.

Prior to assuming her current position, Cindy served as a wealth director with PNC Wealth Management, leading a team of 30 professionals across multiple functional groups to deliver advice to affluent individuals and families. Before joining PNC in 2012, Cindy served as a Regional Director of Wealth Management and Personal Trust at BB&T and a Wealth Advisor at Wachovia Bank.  

Cindy graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. She received a Master of Business Administration degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society.

Cindy is dedicated to community service. She sits on the Academy of Hope Board of Directors and the University of Richmond Advisory Board - Customer Experience Program, and she is an alumni and ambassador for Leadership Greater Washington. Cindy volunteers her time for the PNC Grow Up Great program, Salvation Army’s Grate Patrol, Capital Area Food Bank, and Christ House.
