David is a dynamic change agent and progressive executive who offers over twenty years of experience in staff and business development, sales and service improvements, P&L management, and financial growth in various business sectors and not-for-profit organizations. He is a passionate individual with the initiative and business expertise to implement large-scale transformation strategies and secure significant revenue gain. As an inspirational and visionary leader, David brings a strong ability to identify problem areas and direct effective turnaround in underperforming contact centres. He is a recognized industry expert and sought-after guest speaker on contact centre strategy, culture, leadership and customer experience.

Currently, as Vice President of Client Care for ATB Financial, an Alberta-based financial services organization, David oversees the contact centre, which includes online shopping and all virtual channels. He also led the successful rebranding and continuous transformation of Client Care operations. Most recently, he has been named the executive sponsor of the diversity and inclusion team to promote anti-racism and sensitivity awareness in the organization.
