Deeqa is a Senior Regional Manager for Gates Hudson, a firm that assists clients with objective of acquiring and developing real estate.  She has over 24yrs of experience managing local and regional operations in Washington D.C, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and most recently Richmond.

She has extensive experience in assisting clients with virtually any aspect of owning and operating multifamily and multi-use properties.
