Erica has built her career in CX at the media intelligence SaaS company, Meltwater, where she has worked across multiple divisions including sales and business development, client success, growth strategy, go-to-market-strategy, and talent development. She has led top-performing sales and client success teams in her 5+ years at Meltwater.
Most recently, she has served on leadership panels tasked with re-designing training and continuous learning curriculum for Meltwater's new and existing employees, promoting diversity and inclusion at Meltwater, and collaborating with Meltwater's non-profit arm, MEST (meltwater.org).
Prior to joining Meltwater, Erica worked at a DC-based UX start up, in non-profit communications, and on political campaigns. She earned her B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communications at The George Washington University.
