My name is Felecia Payne and I am very excited to have been selected to be a part of the URCX Advisory Board. I am a Regional Manager of Operation for Purple Communications, a company that I have been a part of for the past 11 years. I am also a Nationally Certified American Sign Language Interpreter and very interested in every aspect of customer services, both internal and external to businesses and organizations. I look forward to working and learning with you all.
