Genevieve Roberts, M.B.A., A.C.C., P.H.R.
Genevieve Roberts is the National Managing Director Leadership & Organizational Development within Gallagher’s Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. She has more than 25 years’ diversified experience in Human Resources and consulting, with specialized experience in executive coaching, leadership training and development, organizational assessment and development, and assessment tools and works with clients in numerous industries.
Genevieve partners with clients in the technology, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, retail, financial services, non-profit, public sector and professional services industries. She develops solutions using the Gallagher Better WorksSM framework, delivering clients better performance, better engagement and better work. Previously, she headed a consulting business acquired by Gallagher, having spent more than 15 years working for Fortune 500 companies.
Genevieve has an M.B.A. from Georgetown University, and a B.A. in Psychobiology and a concentration in French from Wellesley College. She has earned her Associate Coach Certification (ACC) from the International Coaches Federation and is a certified HR professional with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and with the Human Capital Institute. She is a Certified Dare to LeadTM Facilitator. She has spoken at many SHRM and industry events, and has bylined articles in Human Resources Today, Virginia Business magazine and other publications.
