Gina Slaunwhite is the Manager of Large Customer Relations and Economic Development with Columbia Gas. She has more than 22 years of natural gas experience having held several positions while working for NiSource, Columbia Gas of Virginia’s parent company. She has spent the last 14 years building and enhancing relationships with major accounts while providing high quality customer service to grow margin. She manages day-to-day operations, customer growth projects and large new business projects. Additionally, she is involved with state economic development initiatives and provides support for regulatory initiatives. Previously, she held the roles of major accounts manager and manager of government policy and customer efficiency programs responsible for Columbia Gas’s energy efficiency and conservation programs. 

Gina graduated from West Virginia University in Morgantown with a bachelor of science in arts and science and has extensive experience in sales and marketing, project management, regulatory and public relations. Gina is an active participant in the energy industry and boasts membership in several associations such as the Southern Gas Association, Virginia Manufacturers Association, Virginia Economic Developers Association and the Virginia Oil and Gas Association. 

Gina is active in her community and has been a member of the Deep Run Wildcat Club for more than seven years. She lives in the Short Pump area with her husband and three children.
