Jackie Brilliant Cooperman has decades of customer insights experience – spanning from voice of customer and call center satisfaction, market research, UX research and most recently, customer experience (CX). While she has worked in multiple industries, she has a penchant for financial services and hospitality.
Jackie considers herself a lifelong student and relishes in new knowledge. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she completed a graduate certificate in Strategic Communication from Purdue University. She also has a passion for mentoring and coaching others to accomplish their learning and career goals. When not obsessing over customer experience, she loves to spend time with her husband, two sons and two cats. She cannot wait to be able to plan their next travel adventure (sans cats). |
