As a manager at Granicus, James provides cross-functional leadership for their Customer Success team. With more than 8 years of CX experience managing both client portfolios and direct reports, he helps steer the Customer Success team.
He focuses on driving churn reduction and client success programs that promote cross-platform adoption of SaaS products in the Government Enterprise space. He also plays a key role in shaping new programs, product features, and folding in new products to the CX portfolio. Prior to joining Granicus, James worked for Meltwater as their first Manager of Client Experience, and at iMapData as a Quality Assurance Engineer. He holds a Master's of Professional Studies from George Washington University. |
