James holds a BA in Communications, Psychology, and Sociology, a Masters in Public Administration, and a Juris Doctor.  James has served  in numerous roles as a legal advisor for the past 25 years:  as an attorney, retained General Counsel, and Executive Director for a leading medical examination non-profit organization.  

Over the course of his legal career, James has had the opportunity to engage in all facets of relationships, processes and procedures and has been required to navigate various difficult scenarios that face today’s high-stress business world.
