Mr. Bivens has been working in the public safety profession for more than 20 years, 10 of which were in executive leadership with large metropolitan 9-1-1 centers. His experience includes change management and customer experience program development in mission critical organizations that require people driven decision making. He has also led the acquisition and implementation of multi-million-dollar mission critical public safety technical solutions, and overseeing a technical services division including GIS.

Mr. Bivens has applied his talents in leading public safety organizations in the transition to NG9-1-1 and has organized regional efforts in areas of GIS data consolidation and governance as well as information data exchange. He joined the DATAMARK team and serves as the Director of Business development.
