Jason has worked in the financial industry for over 24 years, serving in many capacities from direct customer relations to back office roles. Currently, Jason is the PIN Network and ATM Operations Manager for Virginia Credit Union. His resume includes leadership roles in industry driving organizations such as SunTrust, Owens & Minor and Capital One Bank.
He is an advocate for transforming the idea that the customer experience is solely a direct relationship with the customer. It is his philosophy that every aspect of every person’s day is essentially an opportunity to provide a memorable customer experience. Jason’s focus is driven by his passion that people always remember how you made them feel. “With excellent customer experiences, we can not only transform organizations but also individuals for the better.” Jason is a lifelong “Richmonder” whose family has been in Richmond or the surrounding areas for generations. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University. Currently, he resides in Western Hanover County. |
