Jeb Beeghly, Preconstruction Manager at ColonialWebb, leads both the Preconstruction and Business Development efforts for the company’s construction group. Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, ColonialWebb is one of the region’s largest Mechanical contractors. ColonialWebb specializes in MEP Construction, Building Service, Industrial Refrigeration, Manufacturing, and Building Automation Systems for customers ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. As part of Comfort Systems USA, ColonialWebb provides solutions across the country for building, servicing, or retrofitting any mechanical, HVAC, or electrical system. Jeb is a key leader for the project acquisition process at ColonialWebb.

He is responsible for management, detailed estimates, value engineering, and coordination and delivery of the preconstruction phases of projects to the customer. Jeb is experienced in both the residential and commercial construction industries with a background in Operational Field Oversight, Project Management, Estimating, Preconstruction, and New Business Development.  His skills include being a natural leader, team player, and customer relations specialist. In addition, Jeb is a member of ASHRAE-Richmond, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) - Virginia Chapter, and Associated General Contractors of Virginia (AGCVA).

He graduated with a BBA from Ohio Wesleyan University. Jeb also completed graduate work in Mechanical Engineering from Trane Technologies. Outside of work Jeb enjoys hunting, fishing, mountain biking, and volunteering time with Habitat for Humanity.
