Jennifer Mullen is the VP of Client Support for Employee Navigator, where she leads a team dedicated to excellence and providing outstanding Customer Service to the nation's leading insurance brokers. Jennifer believes a best-in-class Customer Experience transpires when employees trust in leadership, are meticulously trained and love what they do every day. Prior to joining Employee Navigator in 2017,

Jennifer's career in Customer Service spanned wireless and digital media industries, managing large, complex Human Resources and technical applications at ESPN, AT&T and Verizon. Jennifer graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in English.
