Joseph is the Vice President for Safety and Institutional Engagement at Inmarsat, a global mobile satellite communications leader.  He is responsible for the development of aviation business strategy,  stakeholder and customer relationships as well as engagement with legislative, regulatory and research organizations. 

He works with stakeholders to increase cross modal alignment, operational efficiency, customer retention and revenue generation.
