Josh Goldschmidt
President of Eagle. Josh brings a Values-Based approach to leadership that permeates throughout the organization as he oversees all operations from Sales to Warranty.  As the former Sales Manager and then Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Josh was integral in the rebranding of Eagle, as well as the market segmentation research that continues to drive product development, community amenities and marketing.

As the leader of the Product Development team, Josh brings fresh, functional design to Eagle’s communities, drawing inspiration from the surrounding areas.  A licensed real estate agent and member of the Homebuilding Association of Richmond (HBAR) and the Richmond Association of Realtors (RAR), he brings over 20 years of experience in homebuilding and sales to the Eagle Companies.

Prior to Eagle, Josh owned and operated a homebuilding company in Charlottesville, Virginia. A native of San Francisco, CA, Josh has a B.S. in Housing, Interior Design and Resource Management from Virginia Tech.
