Kelly Nelson has been with ViON Corporation for more than 21 years and serves as the Vice President of Business Operations. In her role, she leads all aspects of the order to cash process, including order management, order fulfillment, customer invoicing, collections, and entitlement management. She works along with all business units to improve optimization and efficiencies through process improvement and business systems.

​Kelly’s passion for focusing on the customer experience journey supports ViON’s customer intimacy foundational business model. As an expert in GWACS, she manages ViONs GSA schedule. Kelly is a LEAN Six SIGMA Green Belt – through Purdue University and Certified Schedules Contract Manager (CSCM).
