Ken Mellett

Areas of Expertise
Working within the Business Support Center at GPM Investments, Ken has crafted his customer focus over the years providing top notch customer service in order to provide the best customer experience at the store level.
As Treasury Manager for GPM Investments, Ken is responsible for the cash management of the sixth-largest convenience store chain in the United States with approximately 3,000 locations comprised of approximately 1,350 company-operated stores and 1,600 dealer sites to which it supplies fuel. As part of his role, Ken manages relationships with hundreds of bank across 33 states and provides operational support to thousands of employees across the organization. His main focus is cash management, financial planning and analysis, and strategic treasury initiatives.

Prior to joining GPM, Ken worked for Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in the healthcare sector serving as a financial analyst overseeing the capital budgeting process. Before that, from 2003 to 2006, Ken worked for State Street Corporation in Boston as part of a corporate cash portfolio team, both as a portfolio accountant and as an internal auditor.

Ken holds a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University in Boston and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. He also was awarded the Certified Treasury Professional and Certified Corporate FP&A Professional designations from the Association for Financial Professionals.
