Kendall is the Director for the largest electrical distributor in the country, U.S. Electrical Services Inc. (USESI) where he manages business operations in Virginia and Maryland. In addition, Kendall manages continuous improvement projects for the network. He has a vigorous background in improving processes, managing KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), strategic planning, implementing change, and improving relations between internal and external customers.

He has over 10 years of experience managing business finances, inventory, customer relations, and driving company innovation. His most notable talent is his versatility. His talents have allowed him to be a pivotal asset to companies such as Kohl’s, SYGMA, Native Floral, Ryder (Supply Chain and Solution), and now USESI/Maurice Electrical Supply.
