Kevin has been working in the CX field for almost 20 years. Starting in the advertising agency space and then moving to the corporate side. His focus as been primarily in the financial sector building strategies and experiences for both Capital One and Wells Fargo.

Kevin's current role is the Sr. Director Customer Journey for the Markel Corporation.
