Lenny is the Director of Operations at Passion Community Church, a thriving multisite church located in Richmond and surrounding areas. As the Director of Operations, Lenny has led the expansion of the church from three campuses to seven, while matching that growth with needed staff, systems, and support functions. Prior to Passion Community Church, Lenny spent 18 years at Altria Group. His career at the Fortune 150 company spanned many departments and disciplines, including engineering, design, business planning, marketing, and new technology development for some of the largest CPG brands in the US, including Marlboro, Copenhagen, and Skoal.  

Lenny has a diverse management background which has finely tuned his business and leadership capabilities. He thrives in fast-paced and complex environments, leading with courage under fire and has a unique ability to cut through the clutter, arriving at tangible solutions with immediate results. Lenny has an innate passion to make the right decision and complete initiatives well the first time. He has a demonstrated track record for executing with quality while adhering to the highest levels of integrity, trust, and respect. Lenny is a proven leader, facilitator, innovator, and talent developer. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Richmond, a Bachelor of Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and a certified Project Management Professional.
