Lisa Lanza Stashik is the Vice President of the Office of the Customer Experience for Navient, a leader in education loan management and business processing solutions for education, healthcare and government clients at the federal, state and local levels..
Lisa also serves as Navient’s site leader for their Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania servicing center. In her capacity as vice president of the CX office, Lisa leads the organization in driving change to improve the customer experience - including customer communications, training, quality assurance and complaint management.
Lisa graduated from Misericordia University with a bachelor's degree in business management. Lisa has also served on the board of directors for Luzerne County Head Start for over 15 years.
