Maggie is the Director of Customer Experience at Allianz Global Assistance, a leading travel insurance and assistance company, where she is responsible for the development of customer experience strategy throughout the organization. In this role, Maggie partners with internal teams on the creation and implementation of key initiatives that are focused on improving customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
Prior to joining Allianz Global Assistance, Maggie spent several years working in the travel industry as the Director of Brand Management for Grand Circle Travel, and as the Marketing Manager of Villas of Distinction for World Travel Holdings.
Maggie graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations, and later she earned her Masters of Business Administration with a focus marketing from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
