Marcy is a user advocate, researcher and strategist at McKinsey & Company’s DC office. She brings 20 years of experience in customer and employee experience, human centered design and digital transformation, and has spent her career on mission driven work for the federal government.
Marcy specializes in digital transformation in the public sector, and brings the customer lens to all her engagements. Prior to McKinsey, Marcy served with the United States Digital Service – both as Design Director for the United States Digital Service at White House and later as the Executive Director of the Digital Service at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Marcy has a Masters degree in Psychology from Drexel University and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Fine Art from the George Washington University.
