Global business and tax advisor to multinational public and privately owned companies in various industries, with current or future global operations. Mr. de Castro’s focus is on both U.S. and foreign tax planning, structuring of international operations, cross border transactions, project management, and coordination and execution of services in foreign jurisdictions.

Professional and Industry Experience:
Mr. de Castro provides international tax services to both private and public companies. His experience includes advising on international operations expansion planning; due diligence; supply chain; and ongoing structure; and intercompany transaction maintenance for privately held and public companies operating throughout the world.

From a regional perspective, Mr. de Castro serves as a resource for Crowe Global and Crowe LLP clients engaged in myriad crossborder tax matters.
