Matt Noa is a Manager of Project Management at Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of Huntington Ingalls Incorporated, responsible for purchase order execution for material to build the nation’s greatest warships.  His team of project managers capitalizes on building strong relationships with NNS’s critical suppliers to ensure the on-time delivery of over $1B worth of material.  He brings almost a decade of engineering experience to provide a new perspective to supply chain project management.  Matt received a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s in Engineering Management at The George Washington University.

Outside of work, Matt and his wife stay busy with their two-year-old daughter and a poodle mix they rescued from the SPCA.  They enjoy spending their time riding bikes through the city or on their stand-up paddleboards in the waterways throughout Hampton Roads.
