Mike is the VP Americas Sales & Customer Service for Kollmorgen, a global high-performance motion control company based out of Radford, VA.  He has held a wide variety of customer-facing roles in his 20+ years with Kollmorgen, including Director of Product Management and Director of Sales & Marketing, Aerospace & Defense.  He has deep knowledge of continuous improvement methods and tools through Kollmorgen's roots in companies like Danaher and Fortive.  Mike has enjoyed traveling extensively around the world to engage customers from diverse cultures and backgrounds and develop unique solutions for their critical problems. 

He has a passion for developing people to maximize their potential both in the classroom and in the workplace and regularly leverages his experience to do so through personnel development and training.  Mike has a BS Aerospace Engineering and MBA from Virginia Tech and currently lives in Salem, VA with his wife, 3 kids and their dog.
