A native Virginian, Mike is an IT professional who has built a career in the digital signage industry. He has experience leading business development, requirements gathering/mapping, project management, and technical support/customer success teams for over a decade. Mike puts an emphasis on "people first" as a direction, both when working with customers and internally as well.

Mike has a passion for continuous learning - a tenet he instills in all of his team members and colleagues. Mike has completed executive education coursework at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, as well as several other industry-relevant and IT-focused certifications.

As a proud Hokie, Mike is currently based (with many other Virginia Tech alumni) in the greater IT Corridor of Northern Virginia. Mike spends much of his spare time in the outdoors, having travelled to five continents and been fortunate enough to make friends and memories along the way.
